Can you also deliver printed paper?

 

Of course, we can supply all our standard products also custom printed, just send us an email with the desired amount and the number of colors to be printed. Please also send a PDF, which shows how the prints should look like.

 

Can the integrated labels / integrated cards have a different format?

On demand we produce paper with other label formats / card formats for you. Send us an e-mail with the desired size and the number of copies.
 

How can I print on the paper?

Our paper with integrated labels can be printed with any standard printer.

The paper with integrated card is intended for use only in monochrome laser printers (except cards with a matte finish, eg CARD007). We do not guarantee for the color print of any laser printer
 

How do I store my paper for optimum durability?

The paper should be stored dry and flat. If the sheets are damp, they can curl.

 

Can I also order by phone, fax or e-mail?

Due to the largely automated ordering process we can not receive and process orders by phone, fax or email.
Please always use our Onlineshop.
If you really can not / do not want to order in the onlineshop we charge a service fee of 50,00 €.

 

I registered in your store, but it can not order. Why?

After registering our shop system sends confirmation email in order to prevent misuse of personal data as well as your email address. To order it is necessary that you click the confirmation link in this email. If you can not find any confirmation e-mail, please refer to your email program in the spam folder. If even there the mail does not exist, it could be that you had a typing error when entering your email address. Please register again in this case, with the correctly written address.

Are there appropriate templates for your products?

At each product you will find matching templates in Word format and as PDF below the article text.

 

Will I receive an invoice including value added tax?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email including VAT from us.

For customers from Germany we always have to calculate the tax.

Customers outside Germany but within the EU: If you do not specify your VAT registration number / Tax number when ordering or you don't have one, we have to charge VAT.
If you entered your VAT registration number / Tax number, we will not charge VAT.

Non-EU customers do not pay VAT.
When shipping to non-EU countries can apply custom duties (eg Switzerland), which are not included in our invoice amount, so you maybe have to pay custom fee additionally.
 

How much are the shipping costs?

Here you find the shipping costs for your country.
 

Is it possible to send my order to a packing station?

We will ship your orders CO2 reduced with DPD, therefore we unfortunately can not offer delivery to a packing station.
Orders from 65 boxes are delivered by freight. WARNING: delivery on a pallet with truck.
 

I have not found what I'm looking for, what now?

Just give us a call or send us an e-mail. We can still offer a lot more products and produce customized products for you.
 

My desired item is not in stock, can I still order?

Unfortunately, you can only order available stock products. But you can have sent an email with a notification as soon as the product is back in stock.
